Mr. Chakrabarti has more than 25 years of experience leading mission-critical programs and technology initiatives for some of the largest and most complex federal enterprises. He is a recognized thought leader in national security, screening and targeting, and the extended global supply chain. Prior to founding CMCI, Mr. Chakrabarti led large federal enterprise programs and technology initiatives in the homeland security and law enforcement arenas for companies such as Lockheed Martin, FiServ Inc, HCL-Hewlett Packard, BTS, TIL Ltd., and Indian Statistical Institute. He quickly gained recognition among federal executives as a trusted advisor who consistently delivered strategic initiatives and drove tangible improvements in organizational and operational effectiveness.

As President & CEO of CMCI, Mr. Chakrabarti provides overall strategy and vision, business acumen, and technical leadership for large-scale systems design and implementation. Of particular note, Mr. Chakrabarti conceived the overarching technology roadmap for automated screening, scanning, targeting, and vetting initiatives for our national security. These initiatives encompass some of the most sophisticated mission-critical systems in the federal domain and now serve as the cornerstone of all law enforcement and homeland security activities in safeguarding the nation’s frontiers and securing the global supply chain.

As the pace of technology changes propels federal agencies towards systems modernization and technology transformation, Mr. Chakrabarti’s vision and relentless commitment to excellence will continue to drive innovation for CMCI customers’ ever-evolving mission and business needs.

Mr. Chakrabarti received his BS in Mathematics Honors from the St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, and an MS in Applied Statistics and Data Analysis from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta.

Mr. Feng brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology strategist spanning all aspects of enterprise application development for the US Government agencies and commercial clients, delivering mission-critical systems, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, Cloud Computing, Data Center Migration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, DevSecOps, and Agile Practices. As CMCI’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Mr. Feng plays an integral role in the strategic direction, marketing, and business development of CMCI by providing leadership and vision in service delivery, technology innovation, and future growth. Mr. Feng has been supporting US Federal agencies since 2005 including the Department of Homeland Security (OCIO, CBP, CWMD, TSA) and the Food and Drug Administration.

Mr. Feng has been with CMCI since 2008. Prior to joining CMCI, Mr. Feng has held technical lead positions in companies such as Lockheed Martin, Spirent Communications, Armillaire Technologies, and Fujitsu Network Communications. Mr. Feng holds a Masters Degrees in Computer Science & Numerical Analysis from Purdue University, a Master’s in Business Administration from John Hopkins Carey Business School, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.

Rajiv Banerjee is the Executive Vice President – Innovations at CMCI. In this role, Mr. Banerjee manages CMCI’s Innovations and technology enhancement roadmap and various innovation centers of excellence (COEs). He has been instrumental in orchestrating and building CMCI’s cloud practice.

Mr. Banerjee brings thirty-plus years of informed and effective leadership from various segments of the information technology industry. His unique breadth of skills includes software development, business process consulting, product management, program management, technical sales, marketing, and software delivery. His experience comes from working across the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. In the US, he has worked in both the commercial and Federal spaces, including his current stint at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he manages a mission-critical hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD).

Mr. Banerjee has an exceptional track record of driving growth and innovation through vision setting, strategic planning, talent mentoring, and new business development.

Mr. Nemirovsky has over 25 years of senior management experience leading business transformation and managing global development and deployment of innovating cutting-edge homeland and national security systems, highly scalable e-commerce platforms, complex financial services applications, CRM and ERP systems, large-scale Data Warehouses, and Advanced Data Analytics in public and private sectors.

As Executive Vice President – Corporate at CMCI, Mr. Nemirovsky is responsible for contracts management, development, and management of B2B and B2G partnerships, corporate security compliance certification, corporate CMMI maturity, and ISO certifications, and managing the delivery of key consulting client engagements at FDA, CBP, USCG, by providing strategic analysis, thought leadership and project management.

Prior to joining CMCI, Mr. Nemirovsky was a Director of Global Solutions Delivery at OpenText, a leading worldwide provider of B2B e-Commerce and supply chain integration.  At the company, he was managing a global team of consultants and IT professionals responsible for the implementation of custom software solutions to financial, automotive, and retail companies across the globe.

Before his time at GXS, Mr. Nemirovsky held executive management positions at Sapient and Barnes&Noble.com.  As a Vice President of Software Development and E-commerce at Barnes&Noble.com, Mr. Nemirovsky was responsible for leading the design and development of one of the largest and most successful e-commerce websites in the world.

Mr. Nemirovsky received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.

Chandranath (Chandu) Basu joined CMCI in February 2018. Before joining CMCI, Chandu has worked in various senior Information Technology (IT) Management positions in addition to co-founding and successfully exiting two start-ups. His over 30 years of experience in IT have been enriched from consulting and advising in many engagements across different industries including automotive, manufacturing, finance, media, technology, healthcare, and federal & state government clientele.

A strong believer that ‘trust’ and ‘integrity’ are the cornerstones of good partnerships, Chandu is passionate about providing value to the customer and always demonstrating good business judgment. Heading the Solutions and Services organization for CMCI, Chandu is focused on building a strong framework between People, Process, and Product as part of CMCI’s delivery methodology.

On the personal front, Chandu has many hobbies foremost being reading with a special interest in the origin story. In addition to numerous professional certifications, Chandu has an MS in Physics from Calcutta University and an MS in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute.

Pallabi Mitra Chakrabarti serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer for CMCI, where she is responsible for the innovation and growth of the company. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality solutions related to science, technology, and policy.

Before CMCI, Ms. Chakrabarti held positions at multiple Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratories and federal government contracting organizations since 2016. She began her career supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), DOE’s semi-autonomous agency tasked with enhancing national security. During this time, she led the exploration of ionizing radiation technologies and spearheaded the development of innovative alternative technologies to radiological materials.

Most recently, Ms. Chakrabarti served as a subject matter expert at Sandia National Laboratories. She led activities related to the security of radioactive materials across a diverse set of partners, including international and domestic government agencies, other U.S. government laboratories, NGOs, industry, and academia. She also played an instrumental role in developing and designing research studies that identified and analyzed information on radiation technologies used in the treatment of cancer.

In parallel with her professional endeavors, Ms. Chakrabarti has pursued scholarly work at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). During her CSIS Nuclear Scholar appointment, Ms. Chakrabarti partnered with experts to publish an article series that recommended strengthening the nexus between health and security.

Currently, Ms. Chakrabarti is an Affiliate Scholar with the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University, where she continues to research how to bridge the gap between global health and radiological security. Ms. Chakrabarti received a Master of Science (MS) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and she earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cornell University.

Combined, Ms. Chakrabarti’s professional and academic experiences over the last several years have led to her continued interest in exploring the areas of science, technology, and policy, and she is excited to grow and develop these opportunity areas at CMCI.
